How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, contact us at Support@baremoisture.shop or through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return label for US orders.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, follow the return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange. We will ship the replacement product once the return is received and processed.
